Maximum power dissipation is 115 mW @500 kSPS and typically 21 µW @100 SPS. The AD7650 features differential inputs with a 0 V to 2.5 V input range. This model is available in the 48-lead LQFP or, for applications where board space is critical, the chip scale 48-lead LFCSP. The AD7650 is the first PulSAR ADC to feature this new package.
