The HMC941ALP4E is a broadband 5-bitGaAs IC digital attenuators in low cost leadlesssurface mount packages. Covering 0.1to 33.0 GHz, the insertion loss is less than4 dB typical. The attenuator bit values are0.5 (LSB), 1, 2, 4, 8, for a total attenuation of15.5 dB. Attenuation accuracy is excellentat ±0.3 dB typical step error with an IIP3 of+45 dBm. Five control voltage inputs, toggledbetween +5V and 0V, are used to select eachattenuation state.
